Shipping policy

Bownet has a 48- 72 hour (business hours) turnaround time, in addition to shipment time, unless otherwise notified. All orders ship via UPS or Fedex and tracking information will be sent automatically via email once products ship. 

Please note that estimated delivery dates provided by UPS or Fedex are estimates and do not include turnaround time. We can not guarantee delivery dates under any circumstances.
